The Found Footage Festival guys are launching a new monthly comedy show called VCR Party on March 20th at Nitehawk Cinema in Brooklyn. It’s New York’s only VHS-based variety show, featuring a stellar lineup of comedians, storytellers and video collectors sharing their favorite finds and video clips. Leo Allen, Jason Trachtenburg, Craig Baldo, and Derrick Beckles (TV Carnage) are all in this inaugural event, with NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN Found Footage Festival videos making their debut as well. BONUS: If you stick around after the show, you can probably pull the dudes aside and have them teach you how to program your VCR once and for all. (A useful skill to have!)
